At MODOCasa, we are committed to delivering authentic, handcrafted Latin flavors to your door — fresh, frozen, and handled with care.

Local Delivery (Within 12 Miles)

We offer free local delivery within a 12-mile radius of our Houston location. No minimum order is required for this zone.

Extended Delivery (13–40 Miles)

Orders totaling $300 or more qualify for free delivery up to 40 miles from our location.

Orders below $300 may incur a delivery fee based on distance.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is scheduled for delivery.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may vary slightly.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

Specific delivery windows may be coordinated based on location and order size. We may contact you to confirm availability prior to dispatch.

Delivery Responsibility (Frozen Products)

Because our products are frozen and perishable:

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Once the order is successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • MODOCasa is not responsible for products left outside after confirmed delivery.

For best quality, products should be immediately placed in a freezer upon receipt.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we deliver only within the Greater Houston area.

Nationwide frozen shipping options are under development and will be announced once available.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale delivery schedules are coordinated separately and may include recurring delivery arrangements. Wholesale claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
