Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, with Dominican roots, he combines his deep appreciation for traditional cuisine with expertise in strategic planning, customer relations, and financial management.
With a Bachelor's in Accounting from CUNY – Queens College and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from FIU, he plays a key role in driving the growth of MODOCasa. His leadership ensures the brand delivers high-quality, preservative-conscious frozen foods that capture the essence of Venezuelan and Dominican cuisine.
Radames Gonzalez, a Venezuelan-born culinary professional, has a deep passion for Latin American cuisine. With a degree in Hospitality Management, he has honed his expertise in the food industry by owning and managing a restaurant, perfecting authentic flavors while overseeing operations.
His experience working alongside renowned chefs has enriched his knowledge of artisanal techniques, ingredient selection, and menu development.
