At MODOCasa, we want you to love your experience with us. Because we sell frozen and perishable food products, our return policy is designed to ensure product safety and quality.

Return Window

Due to the perishable nature of our products, return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Perishable & Frozen Products

For food safety reasons:

  • Frozen and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed food items.
  • Products that have been improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Compromised due to shipping issues

Please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Package lost or undelivered by carrier
  • Significant quality issue verified by photos

To qualify, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Refund approval is at MODOCasa’s discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (required for damage claims)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after review.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers outside of our control
  • Products left outside after confirmed delivery
  • Wholesale bulk orders (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival)

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale unless:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product was delivered

Wholesale claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
