Shipping policy

MODOCasa is operated by Productos Como En Casa, LLC in Houston, Texas. We ship Comfort Bakes and Kitchen Secrets with care so you can bring homemade comfort and unforgettable flavor to your table.
Where we ship
- Comfort Bakes banana breads: Shipping is available only to addresses within Texas at this time.
- Kitchen Secrets seasonings, dry rubs, salts, and bundles: Shipping is available throughout the United States.
- International shipping is not currently offered through this store.
An order containing banana bread must have a Texas shipping address. To send Kitchen Secrets outside Texas, place an order containing only Kitchen Secrets products.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. This applies to Comfort Bakes orders shipping within Texas and Kitchen Secrets orders shipping within the United States.
For orders below this threshold, available USPS services and carrier-calculated rates appear at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and package dimensions. Paid shipping options may also be available on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. Choosing a paid service does not make that service free.
Discounts can reduce an order below the free-shipping threshold. For example, a $50.99 Flavor Master Collection becomes $45.90 with a 10% discount and does not meet the $60 minimum unless other eligible merchandise is added.
Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may show combined shipping charges. The available total is displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing and transit times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Peak periods, holidays, product availability, or severe weather may affect timing. If we cannot fulfill an order as expected, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated for the selected service. Selecting a faster carrier service does not shorten our processing time.
Tracking and multiple packages
Tracking information is sent when your shipment is prepared. A tracking number may be issued before the carrier receives the package.
The Flavor Master Collection ships together in one box. Orders containing both Comfort Bakes and Kitchen Secrets ship in separate boxes. For orders with multiple packages, packages may arrive separately, and tracking details will be provided for the shipments as available. Contact us if a package appears to be missing.
Houston Farmers Market pickup
Market pickup is available by arrangement at Houston Farmers Market, 2520 Airline Drive, Houston, TX 77009, Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM–5 PM. Please order at least two days in advance and contact us to confirm the pickup date and details. Local pickup is also available at 1911 Wagon Gap Trl, Houston, TX 77090, by prior arrangement. Contact us to confirm a date and time before visiting either pickup location.
Addresses and receiving your order
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins, and additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may apply.
Please retrieve food shipments promptly and follow the storage instructions on each product label. Contact us if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
Email support@modofoods.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or compromised items. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the products, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. For an order that has not arrived, contact us promptly after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
We review shipping issues individually and work toward an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy. Reporting windows do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale shipping, delivery schedules, and pricing are arranged separately. Please report visible damage or incorrect wholesale items within 24 hours of delivery, subject to applicable rights and any written wholesale agreement.
